HR Manager - Compensation & Benefit
Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing and controlling all C&B issue in HK and PRC regions
- Review current C&B policies and procedures
- Analyze C&B trends and make recommendations in line with business objectives
- Perform job evaluation process, grading structure and salary structures development
- Carry out benchmarking and job evaluation exercises as well as recommend annual salary structure changes, monthly employment cost budget & forecast and developing new benefit programs
- Maintain up-to-date C&B database and HR records accurately
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years C&B experience in HK and PRC regions
- Practical experience in handling C&B programs preferred e.g. Job Evaluation, Salary Structure, Salary Review and Bonus Programs
- Familiar with employment ordinances, taxation, MPF and other legal regulations
- Experience in implementation of HRIS, other HR functions is definitely an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Access)
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills
- Detail-minded, aggressive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive team player with outgoing personality
