HR Manager - Recruitment
Responsibilities:

Provide recruitment solutions to all business units for positions at all levels and plan ahead according to manpower forecasts
- Handle the whole recruitment process independently such as drafting recruitment advertisements, screening of potential candidates, co-ordinating and arranging interviews, preparing the full set new staff procedure and conducting interviews, exit interviews, etc

Conduct effective screening and interviews by structured assessment tools and techniques

Collect and analyze data on local employment market for management
- Assist in development, coordination, implementation and administration of all phases of staff training and development activities

Maintain a close working relationship with HR team, internal customers and external vendors

Conduct the company orientation program
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Business related disciplines
- At least 5 years' solid recruitment experience, preferably with MNC or hi-tech related industries
- Knowledge and experience in training, connection with external training
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to work well with people at all levels independently
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua is a must
- Immediately available is preferred
