HR Manager - South China
Responsibilities:

Report to Associate Director - HR & Admin, PRC & HK Regions
- Supervise HR & Admin team to ensure a smooth running of HR & Admin Dept in South China

Execute HR & Administration policies and procedure

Handle all spectrum related to HR & Administration issue including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, legislation & policies, employee relations , performance management and general office administration
- Perform any other duties as necessary to support the objectives of the company
Requirements:
- Degree in HR Management / Business Administration or related discipline
- 8 years experience in HR & Admin in which 3 years in supervisory / managerial level
- Solid South China HR experience
- Experience in MNC is a must
- Well versed in PRC labor law and local practice
- Good leadership and communication skills, able to work under pressure
- Analytical & detail-minded, problem solving with good organizational & interpersonal skills
- Proactive, independent and responsible
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS-office
