Materials Planner

Our client is a Fortune 500 company. They are now looking for a high calibre individual to fill the above position.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory control and management, PO ordering, follow up schedule update, price gating before ordering to vendor, sample follow up
• Monitor inventory and review PO backlog independently
• Co-ordinate with customer services for sales order status, arrange shipment and ensure timely delivery, import / export control
• Generate reports and prepare ship and debt claim

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Over 2 years' relevant experience in electronics component distribution is a must
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel, preferably with SAP experience
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Independent, detail-minded and meticulous
