SAP Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Participate in development, maintenance and enhancement of functional areas of SAP modules
• Collaborate with internal customers to identify user requirements, assess available technologies and recommend solution options
• Able to communicate SAP R/3 capabilities and possibilities to designate functional areas, while seeking ways to collaborate with other IT members to facilitate transitions and anticipate organizational impacts accurately
• Able to configure the SAP software to support the agreed improvements; maintains the configuration, procedures and user manual documentation and develop ABAP program
• Capable to present current and propose new system functionality to the business for review and training

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, training in SAP module configuration
• At least 3 years' SAP experience in two of the SD/MM/WM modules, 2 years ABAP programming or relevant experience
• Able to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
• Expertise in facilitating and conducting structured analysis and requirements gathering sessions
• Strong broad-based technical knowledge
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of business principles and processes, including finance, sales and logistics
• Ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable by the user community
• Excellent communication skills in English and preferably in Mandarin
