• Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering with recognized professional qualification
• 5 years' experience in installation and maintenance of electrical engineering projects of building services
• Tender, quotation, site supervision and inspection of sub-contractors and suppliers
• Excellent interpersonal, supervisory and communication skills
• Familiar with MS Project and AutoCAD
• Good command of English and Chinese
